Q: Will these switchback LED bulbs work on my single filament bulb?

A: No, this switchback LED bulbs will only with dual filament housings such as 1157, 3157, and 7443. However, we do carry a special single filament switchback LED available which will work for 7440 single filament housings.

Q: Is this switchback LED bulb standard type or SRCK type?

A: We have specially designed this switchback LED bulbs to work for both standard socket as well as SRCK socket.

Q: Is this a type 1 or type 2 switchback?

A: This switchback LED bulb is type 2 switchback, which means when the turn signals are used, it will flash amber only.

Q: After I installed my switchback LED bulbs, they flash really quick. Will this cause any damage to my vehicle's electrical system?

A: That is completely normal. And no, this will not cause any damage to the electrical system. This can be fixed by adding load resistors to the LED bulb wiring.

Q: What color will these switchback LED bulbs light up when I'm driving with headlight off?

A: The switchback LED bulbs will be off and when you use turn signal, it will blink Amber-off-Amber-off.

Q: What color will these switchback LED bulbs light up when I'm driving with headlight on?

A: When the headlights are on, these switchback LED bulbs will be lit up as Xenon White. When you use turn signal , the switchback LED bulbs will blink Amber-off-Amber-off. After you stop the turn signal, it will resume back to xenon white.

Q: How come during daytime when my headlight is off, my switchback LED bulb will light up Amber constantly?

A: For some vehicles, such as Toyota Tundra or Chevy Corvette that use the same bulbs for daytime running lights during daytime, parking lights at night time as well as turn signal lights. Therefore for these particular vehicles, the switchback LED bulbs will light up Amber during daytime as DRL and this is normal.
