or exchange (including store credit).
Damaged/Incomplete order
claims must be made within 7 days from date of delivery, otherwise will
not be accepted.
The RMA number will be the same as
the order number, please write it outside of the box to help us
process your return or exchange. There will be no restocking fee,
except for
headlights assembling and
tail lights assembling do have 15% restocking fee. The shipping fee is
also not refundable. All return or exchange must be
in original condition and packaging.
All our products come with 90-day replacement warranty, starts from the
day of purchase. All parts must have to be in original condition. All
faulty due to improper installation, improper use, physical damage,
water damage or modification
will NOT be covered under warranty. Any physical altering such as
soldering, cutting, painting, or modifying will VOID the warranty. It is the
purchaser's responsibility to send back the item(s) to iJDMTOY.com for warranty
claim.
