From the day of purchase, you have 30 days if you want to obtain return
or exchange (including store credit). The RMA number will be the same as
the invoice number, please write it outside of the box to help us
process your return or exchange. A 15% restock fee will be charged for
any return. Shipping fee is not refundable. All return or exchange must
be in original condition and packaging.
All our products come with 120-day replacement warranty, starts from the
day of purchase. All parts must have to be in original condition. All
faulty due to improper installation, or improper use or modification
will NOT be covered by the warranty. Any physical altering such as
soldering, painting, or modifying will void your warranty. It is the
purchaser's responsibility to cover all the shipping charges to return
the parts for warranty.
