The item you purchase is currently on backorder and it will be ship out once the item is restocked. If you do not wish to wait for the backorder, you can contact us to exchange it for another product or cancel the backordered item.

I am an International customer, when I track my shipment, it doesn't show anything, what should I do?

For most International shipments, the package will get scanned by our local post office once received and will be directly shipped out to the destination country. The tracking information will not be updated until it clears out from the destination country custom and arrives the destination country post office. Therefore during this time, there is no tracking updates.

• We offer 30 days Return/Exchange Policy from date of purchase. If you need to exchange/return an item, please contact us first.
• All LED and HID products come with 90 Days Warranty starting from date of purchase against manufacturer defects.

What should I do if the package is lost, damaged, or incomplete?

• For damaged and/or incomplete order, please contact us within 7 days from date of receipt for assistance. If you do not contact us within this timeframe, you will be responsible for sending back the damaged item for exchange. Incomplete orders please contact us within this period otherwise we can’t assist you.
• For Lost Package claims, please contact us within 30 days from date of purchase for assistance. All packages are ship with tracking information.

For the LED lights, which color can I get?

We carry most of our LED products in Xenon White, Ultra Blue or Brilliant Red in stock, you can choose whichever color you want that's available.

However, for license plate lights, parking city lights, and sidemarkers lights, we recommend Xenon White); for tail lights, brake lights, corner lights, we recommend Brilliant Red/Amber color.

After I install the LED bulb, it doesn't work, what should I do?

Please try to rotate the bulb 180 degree and plug in again. Since the LED is polar sensitive, it means that of the power terminals are not matching correctly, the LED will not light up. (+ with + and - with -). But if the problem remains, please contact us for warranty claim

When I install the LED bulbs, I found out the fit is a little bit off (shorter, longer, too tight or too loose)?

Please try to bend the metal clips that hold the LED bulb a little bit, since the metal clips are made of steel which is pretty flexible, this will not damage the stock lamp at all.

I installed the LED bulbs to license plate, but the LED bulb flashes or there is an error showing on the dashboard, why?

For some newer European vehicles such as BMW, Mercedes, Audi, Volkswagen, etc, they all have a very smart and sensitive on board computer, OBC. The OBC will notice the LED bulbs because LED bulbs have lower wattage comparing with stock tungsten bulbs. In order to eliminate the flash problem and bypass the OBC error showing on the dashboard, you will need to add resistors. Or purchase our LED bulbs with built-in-resistor to prevent this issue.

What's the difference between D29mm, D31mm, D36mm or D42mm LED bulbs?

D29mm LED bulbs are commonly used for sun visor vanity mirror lights, which is measured for 1.15" (29mm); D31mm LED bulbs are commonly used for Japanese vehicles' map or dome lights, which is measured for 1.25" (31mm); D36mm LED bulbs are commonly used for European vehicles' dome lights, or license plate lights, which is measured for 1.50" (36mm) and D42mm LED bulbs are commonly used for American vehicles' map or dome lights, which is measured for 1.72" (42mm).

What's the difference between D1S/R, D2S/R and D4S/R HID Bulbs?

D1S/R HID bulbs have igniters integrated to the bulbs, while D2S/R and D4S/R bulbs don't. D4S/R HID bulbs are mercury-free version of D2S/R bulbs, currently are only used for Lexus and Toyota vehicles.

What's the difference between D2C with D2S and D2R HID bulbs

D2C HID bulbs are hybrid version of D2S and D2R HID bulbs. The D2C HID bulbs can fit both D2S and D2R housings.

D2S HID bulbs are used for vehicles with projector headlights such as Audi, BMW, and D2R HID bulbs are used for vehicles with non-projector headlights such as early Lexus and Acura models.

What's the difference between 4300K, 6000K, 8000K, 10000K and 12000K?

4300K has a yellow white color, 6000K has a ultra white color, 8000K has a brilliant blue color, 10000K has a deep blue color and 12000K has a light purple color.

Plaase note that higher the Kelvin, the lower the lighting output.
