What payment methods does iJDMTOY accept?

  • We currently accept most major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover), as well as PayPal.

  • For in-store purchases, we accept cash, Visa, and MasterCard only.

  • Sales tax will only be charged on order(s) shipped to California.

  • We do not accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express Gift Cards.

  • At this time, we do not accept cash, COD, personal checks, money orders, or cashier's checks for online orders.

  • Before we can dispatch your order, your order may be randomly selected for further verification purposes. We will do our best to keep delays to a minimum.

Is my personal information kept private?

Order Confirmation:

  • After you make a purchase, you will receive an e-mail confirmation containing your Order Number within a few hours.

  • You may review the status of your order by viewing Order Status. As a registered customer, you will also be able to review the Order History for all your online orders.

Can I change my order once it has been placed?

  • Before your order has been prepared for shipment, we can cancel an item or change the quantity only.

  • However, we are unable to combine orders or add items to an existing order once it has been placed.

  • If you need to make any changes, please contact our Customer Service Support.

Can I change my shipping address after my order has been dispatched?

  • Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to redirect your delivery to another address.

What if I want to cancel my order?

  • Once the order is placed and should you need to cancel your order, please contact our Customer Service Department within 2 hours to request a cancellation.

Do you offer free shipping?

  • Yes, we do offer free economy shipping with no minimum to the continental 48 States only.

  • Free shipping is only applicable for iJDMTOY products and DOES NOT apply for other branded items including but not limited to Spec-D, Spyder, and Winjet.

  • To find out if your item qualifies for free shipping, look for the Free Shipping Icon freeshiptruck

  • If your order includes a combination of iJDMTOY branded products and other branded products listed above, you WILL NOT be able to receive the free shipping discount.

Do you offer international shipping?

  • Yes, we do offer international shipping services. For information on delivery and shipping charges to your destination, please go to the Shopping Cart page and select your shipping destination from the list of countries in the dropdown box to display the available options and shipping charges.

  • Please note that duty, customs tariffs and VAT are set by the destination country. They are determined based on the purchased merchandise's country of origin. Thus, our Company will not be held responsible for any other additional charges that may occur.

  • For international shipments, our Company will not be held responsible for any delays from customs.

Special Locations:

  • Shipments to APO/FPO addresses require additional processing time after delivery to the military post office. Deliveries may take up to 21 businesses days and we are unable to influence and/or guarantee the package will arrive by a specific date.

  • Expedited orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii require an additional day to deliver.

  • Rural domestic addresses require one or more business day to deliver.

How long before my purchased item(s) will be delivered?

  • We process and ship out orders Monday through Friday. If a major holiday falls on a weekday, your order will be processed on the next business day after the holiday instead.

  • Tracking information will be available once you receive your shipment confirmation email.

  • Orders placed before 12:00 pm PST will be processed on the same day.

  • Orders placed after 12:00 pm PST will be processed on the following business day.

Do you offer expedited shipping services?

  • Express shipping is available at an additional cost, which will be the customers' responsibility. You may refer to our Shopping Cart page and enter in your state and zip code in the dropdown box to display the available shipping options and charges to your destination.

  • Please make sure to place your order by 12:00 pm PST for same day processing.

Which shipping carrier(s) are used by your company?

  • All order(s) will be shipped with top shopping carriers like FedEx or USPS. Unfortunately we cannot ship with the customer's shipping label. Please do not ask if we may use your shipper's account instead.

  • Transit times will vary depending on the shipping method selected when the order is placed.

  • Please note that scheduled delivery date is guaranteed by the shipping carrier.

Has my order been shipped?

  • Once your order has been shipped from our facility, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a Tracking Number, which allows you to track your package on the FedEx or USPS webpage. Please make sure to add info@ijdmtoy.com to your address book.

Special Order Item(s):

  • All LED projector headlight, tail light, and fog light assemblies are shipped directly from our local distribution center. Processing time will take 2-3 business days once payment has been cleared.

  • Special order item(s) must be purchased online only.

  • Special order product(s) is only available to ship to United States and Canada only.

  • All LED projector headlight, tail light, and fog light assemblies are subject to 20% restocking fee.

30-Days Returns/Exchange:

  • We offer a 30-days returns/exchange period from the initial purchase date.

  • If a customer is not satisfied with the product or order within 30 days of the initial purchase date, the customer may contact our Customer Service Department to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number.

  • Once we approve the RMA for your order, a RMA Number is issued and the customer may return the item for a full refund of the item price only. You will be provided with a RMA Number within 1-2 business days via email.

  • If a customer would like to exchange an item, please order your replacement item(s) online first. Afterwards, the customer may contact our Customer Service Support Team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number.

  • Items should be returned in Brand New and Original Condition.

  • Only items within the "VEHICLE SPECIFIC PRODUCT" shown below are subjected with 15% restocking fee.

  • Returns that are damaged, altered, painted, glued or modified WILL NOT be accepted. (NO EXCEPTION)

90-Days Limited Warranty:

  • We offer a 90-days limited warranty on item(s) that confirm to be manufacturer defect within 90 days from the initial purchase date. Warranty claim will only be applied to replacement only; therefore no refunds and/or exchanges will be issued under this warranty. All cases are reviewed by our RMA Department.

  • Our RMA Department reserves the right to deny any returns or exchanges for any item(s) returned past 90 days.

RMA Guidelines:

  • All items returned should have a RMA Number and must be postmarked within 30 days from the initial purchase date. Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender.

  • We require that all returns are shipped back in its original condition. Any item(s) that are not returned in its original condition WILL NOT be accepted.

  • Any returned item(s) not found to be defective, damaged, and/or in any claimed condition WILL NOT be accepted.

  • Customers are responsible for any return shipping fees.

  • We do not accept COD returns at this time.

What's the return policy for the headlight, taillights, fog lights products?

  • For products with SKU prefix such as SPY-, MD-, WY- comes with a 15 days return exchange from the date of the shipment.

  • Spyder, Spec-D and Winjet items come with 15 days return exchange policy from date of shipment and are subject to a 20% restocking fee on all returns, no exception.

What if I received an incorrect product(s)?

  • We apologize if you receive an incorrect item(s) that you paid for. If such event occurs, please contact our Customer Service so we can issue a RMA Number and returns instructions.

  • In order to process the exchange in the best interest to both parties, we must receive the incorrect item prior to processing the exchange.

What should I do if I received a damage item(s)?

  • Please inspect all items within 7 business days for missing, damaged, and/or incorrect parts upon receiving.

  • If you receive a damaged item, please retain the item in its original condition and contact Customer Service Support.

  • Any missing, damaged, or incorrect parts claim reported after 21 business days WILL NOT be accepted, despite of the party at fault.

  • In the event of a lost or stolen package, a lost package claim will be processed directly with the shipping carrier. iJDMTOY will not be responsible for any lost, stolen, and/or any related types of issues.

What should I do if I didn't receive my item(s)?

  • Due to potential shipping delays such as unforeseen weather conditions, customs clearance, etc. your item(s) may arrive later than the estimated delivery date provided by the shipping carrier. Unfortunately we are unable to influence this.

  • If you do not receive your item(s) after 3 business days of the scheduled delivery date, please contact our Customer Service Support for further assistance.

Once I receive my RMA Number, how long does it stay effective?

  • Our Company Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is valid for 7 days from the date it was issued. All item(s) must be postmarked within 30 days of the initial purchase date.

  • If you need assistance in requesting a RMA Number or any other RMA-related issues, please contact our Customer Service Department.

How long does it take for my return be processed?

  • Under normal circumstances, all exchange and warranty will be completed within 5-7 business days upon receiving the package.

Late Returns:

  • Your item(s) should be returned back to us within 30 days from the initial purchase date. Late returns WILL NOT be accepted.

Receiving a Refund:

  • Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment.

  • Please note credit card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary greatly between credit card issuers, and unfortunately we are unable to influence this. The credit will reflect on your next statement, depending on the issuing bank and/or billing cycle.

  • For PayPal refunds, you will receive an email notification from PayPal that you have received a payment from our Company.

Are there any installation instructions for my item(s)?

  • At iJDMTOY, we strive to provide installation tutorials and troubleshooting FAQs of all our products; thus we offer a variety of installation videos and guides for a majority of our products. Please visit tech support for more details about our DIY Installation Guide. We recommend that you refer to our troubleshoot FAQ first; otherwise you will experience the same issue from the replacement.

  • If we do not have an installation guide for your product, please contact our Customer Service Department for technical support.

  • We recommend professional installation from a certified automotive technician at all times.

  • Installation damages are not covered under iJDMTOY's warranty policy. Misusing the product other than its intended purpose will void the warranty. Warranty coverage only applies to manufacturer defects.
