Frequently Asked Questions
Q: How do I know whether this product will fit my car?
A: Please double check with the part compatibility list in the description tab, if your car is listed there, it will fit.
|
Q: How do I install this product?
A: This is a replacement product. You simply need to remove your stock old fog lamps and replace with these. If your car does not come with
factory equipped fog lamps, you might need exact harness/switch in order to install these aftermarket OEM replacement fog lamps.
Check out this visual for installation instructions:

|
Q: How come the left and right output is different after the installation?
A: Please try the following two troubleshooting:
1) After installed the fog lamps, you should always check the fog lamp leveling to make sure the up/down angles are the same for both fog lamps.
2) If the first troubleshooting does not work, please also try swapping the halogen bulbs from left to right and check again.
|
Q: Why is there a rattling noise coming from the fog lamp when I shake it?
A: This noise is coming from the reflector. You can easily re-position the reflector by removing the bulb, sticking your finger through the
assembly, and pulling the reflector back in place. You will hear a click once the reflector is locked in.
You can check out the full troubleshoot on YouTube:
|
Q: How far does this projector fog lamp stick out after installation?
A: Take a look at this sample comparison between a projector fog lamp and a standard fog lamp. The horizontal black line denotes how far each
fog lamp protrudes after installation. The projector fog lamp will only stick out about an inch more than the standard fog lamp.
Also keep in mind that most cars already have a shroud to cover a big portion of the projector so the final look after installation will actually complement
the car. You can see that the projector fog lamp looks very unique on this Infiniti below and the length of the lamp does not detract from the car in any way.
