Is there a way to have them stay solid when I use turn signal?

Unfortunately, the optional sequential turn signal feature doesn't have the ability to stay solid. If you don't want the lights to blink with your turn signals, you don't need to connect the optional turn signal wire.

Why optional sequential turn signal function, do I need some relays to make it function that way?

The optional sequential feature is built in the light. You will simply need to connect the wire of that function to your OEM turn signal wire harness.

Are the wire-taps included? If not, do you suggest butt or in-line splices/taps?

There are no t-taps included with this kit. Over time, T-tap will get loose so we would recommend hard-wiring the connections and secure it with electrical tape.
