Are these good for low beam headlight too?

These LEDs are not recommended for the low beams because this set is more for looks and do not give up lighting output.

Do I need an adapter for Xenon White 9-SMD-3030 to convert halogen drl to led for the S2000? Is this conversion only works for high beam and not for drl?

It comes with wiring and adapters so the lights can work as high beam DRL.

Will these work in a 2008 Acura TSX to replace the DRL with no issues? and no needed resistors or anything?

For the high beam DRL, you may need a DRL decoder. We recommend installing the LED lights first and if you come across with any error message or LED Lights is not turning on we can then determine if a decoder is needed. However, we do not have DRL decoders that have been tested to confirm compatibility with the 2008 Acura TSX.
