This page features the 20" 120W white LED light bar with amber strobing effect. The entire package includes (1) 20" 120W LED light bar, a pair of lower bumper grill mounting brackets, and a dual-switch wiring harness. This LED light bar is made to fit the 1999-2007 Ford F-250 and F-350.

Each LED light bar is made up of 32 xenon white LEDs (96W) that function as driving lights, and 8 amber LEDs (24W) that serve as strobe/warning lights. The exclusively designed mounting brackets allow for direct and easy bolt-on installation with no modifications required.

Q: What truck will this LED light bar fit in?

A: The 20" 120W LED light bar with strobing amber LEDs is made to fit the 1999-2007 Ford F-250 and F-350 Superduty Series.

 

Q: How does the strobing effect work?

A: This LED light bar comes with a relay wiring harness with a special flip switch. Flip one switch to turn on the xenon white LEDs. Flip the second switch to activate the strobing amber LEDs.

 

Q: Will this LED light bar block the air flow?

A: When we first developed the LED light bar, we conducted a significant amount of research on truck forums based on members' feedback. The consensus is that there is no noticeable effect from the LED light bar blocking the air flow. 

Additionally, the front end of the truck is not completely sealed after the LED light bar installation so the air can flow in from the front grille as well.

 

Q: Do I absolutely need a relay harness wiring kit?

A: Although it's not absolutely necessary to wire your LED light bar to a relay harness, we highly recommend that you do so if you don't have one already. Connecting your LED light bar to a relay harness will protect your Ford truck's circuits, since the relay harness has a built-in fuse, and ensures that it doesn't overload. Having your LED light bar connected to a relay harness protects your car battery's longevity; turning your car off also turns off the LED light bar. Additionally, our relay harnesses come with an on/off switch so that you can conveniently switch on/off your LED light bar whenever you need to.

 

Q: How do I mount this LED light bar on my Ford F-250?

A: Follow these short steps to learn how to install your LED light bar below your grille:

Step 1: Remove the bolts indicated by the red arrows below. Slide in the metal mounting brackets from the lower bumper gap and bolt it on.

Step 2: Bolt on the LED light bar. Secure it in between the mounting brackets using the included nuts, bolts, and washers.

Step 3: Wire your LED light bar by using the included relay wiring harness .

 

Q: How do I wire my dual colored LED light bar with the dual-switch relay wiring harness?

A: Step 1: Connect the LED light bar's three wires to the relay wiring harness' black wire and two red wires separately (far left).

Step 2: Route the dual-switch wiring harness to the battery. Connect the ringed battery wires (+) & (-) to your car battery.

Step 3: Mount the dual-switch onto one of your button switch slots inside your truck. You will now be able to easily control your LED light bar's two separate colors.
