Installation guide base on a 2010 Volkswagen GTI for the exact fit LED License Plate Lights Assembly.
You can find this SKU 75-013 under Error Free LED License Plate Lights.
1.) Locate your rear license plate assembly and using a flat head screw driver, insert it into the slot circled in white.
2.) Applying moderate pressure, push in and pry down the entire license plate lamp assembly. Since the housing is held in by plastic clips, this should not require much effort.
3.) Disconnect the license plate lamp from the stock harness and replace with the LED license plate lamp and put it back. Please note the wire harness goes back to the stock socket is a little bit tight so please use two hand to perform this.
3.) Replace the assembly with our LED assembly and enjoy your new LED license plate lights! (Compare the left LED bulb vs the right LED license plate lamp assembly)
