This guide is a quick demonstration on how to install these miniature LED strips (50-050) for the cup holders. You can put these miniature LED strips on the side or the center of the cup holder, but we recommend the side base because there is less of a glare when you're driving.
1.) Carefully remove the center console.
2.) Unplug the wires attached underneath the center console.
3.) Drill two holes at the base of the holders for the wires to go through.
4.) Insert the wires and attach the miniature LED strip to the base.
5.) Tap the wire to the center console’s background illumination light’s power source and make sure to test the polarity since the LED strips are polar sensitive.
Now, enjoy your new LED Cup Holder Light.
