This is a tutorial to show you how to install the amber LED BMW side marker lights (75-129). Available in clear or smoked lens, this LED side marker set will replace your factory side markers to brighten up your BMW so other drivers on your sides will be able to see you. In all other occasions, your BMW will enjoy a more vibrant feel and aura! The 6-LED side marker lights are compatible with the following BMW models:
- 1 Series: E81/E82/E87/E88 128i 135i 1M
- 3 Series: E90/E91/E92/E93/E46 M3 CSL 325i 330i 328i 335i M3 (For E46, only fit sedan/wagon not the coupe)
- 5 Series: E60/E61 525i 528i 530i 535i 545i 550i M5, etc.
Step 1: Remove your stock side marker lights by pushing it away from the wheel.
Step 2: Disconnect the side marker lights from their stock harnesses.
Step 3: Connect the new BMW LED side marker lights. At this point, you may test the smoked 6-LED side marker lamps to make sure they fully light up.
Step 4: Push the LED front side marker lamps back in place to finish. You may now enjoy the brightness and visibility of your BMW's brand new amber LED side marker lights!
