IS BLACK GROUND OR IS THE RED? PLEASE AND THANK YOU..... I BOUGHT THE HOOD LED LIGHT STRIP ASSEMBLY 35-077-WHITE FOR A TUNDRA.....

The black wire goes to a negative/ground, and the red wire is positive connect to 12V power source.

Is there an installation manual for these? I have the lights but it does not show how to install the wiring.

First contact the LED lamps to the main harness, and then main harness have a negative and positive wire, and that needs to be splice and wire into the headlight or parking light. And the ON/OFF will depend on the power source you use. It can wire to any 12V power source on the car.
