This is an installation guide for AA1147.
This guide will show you how to install the universal horn relay wire kit. For more information about this product, visit the 12V horn wiring harness relay wiring kit page.
Before you begin, you can refer to this diagram to locate which wires go where.
Step 1: Remove your aftermarket horns to connect the wires to them.
Step 2: Connect the positive and negative wires to their respective tapping points on the horns. You can connect the horn wiring harness to two horns max.
Step 3: Reinstall your horn(s).
Step 4: Connect the relay triggering wires to your existing stock horn harness.
Some vehicles' stock horn harness have a positive and a negative wire connection, while others only have a positive connection. If the latter applies to you, simply connect the negative wire of the universal horn relay wiring kit to the ground (any part of the metal frame in the engine bay)

Step 5: Finally, connect the positive and negative battery wires to their respective points on your car battery.
