Step 1) You will be installing your new LED light bar in between the two front bumper end covers. Gently, but firmly bend the bumper end covers outward so you can reach inside to the lower bumper. You don’t need to remove the two bumper end covers; you just need to have enough room to maneuver the mounting brackets in later.
Step 2) Once you’ve got enough leeway behind the front bumper end covers, you can take the metal mounting bracket and slide it behind the cover at the 3rd hole (marked by red arrow) and bolt the bracket hole onto the hole in the metal frame (indicated on 2nd photo) behind the bumper end cover using the provided screws. Repeat the mounting process on the other side.

To secure the LED light bar onto the metal mounting bracket, you'll need the screw, nut, and occasionally a washer. Insert the washer (if you are using one) and the nut into the screw and then secure the bracket and light bar together. All the components will tighten among themselves to secure everything in place.
