Step 1) Begin by disconnecting the battery located in the trunk to prevent unintended airbag deployment during the steering wheel paddle shifter replacement.
Step 2) Insert a flat head screwdriver into the two holes behind the steering wheel, one on each side, to release the airbag from the steering wheel.
